Terms
The deal between you and SyncPoster, in plain words.
Last updated 24 September 2026
Who you are dealing with
SyncPoster is built and run by one person, Jubayer. There is no company behind it. Using the service means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use it.
What the service does
You write a post once, pick the accounts it goes to, and choose when. SyncPoster publishes it to Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn and Threads, and tells you per channel whether it worked. A REST API and an MCP server do the same job for software and agents.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for anything posted through the networks you connect. One account is for one person or one business, not a shared login sold on.
Your content stays yours
Everything you write and upload belongs to you. By scheduling it, you give me permission to store it and send it to the networks you picked, which is the entire job. I claim no other rights to it, and I will not publish it anywhere you did not choose.
What you may not do
- Post anything illegal, or anything that breaks the rules of the network you are posting to.
- Send spam, run bulk automated posting, or resell SyncPoster as your own product.
- Post on behalf of someone who has not agreed to it.
- Attack the service, work around its limits, or try to reach other people’s data.
Each network enforces its own rules as well. If Bluesky, Mastodon, LinkedIn or Threads suspends your account there, SyncPoster cannot post for you, and that is between you and them.
Payment
Every account starts with a trial. After that the service is paid, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from inside the app, and you keep access until the period you paid for runs out.
If SyncPoster let you down, email [email protected] and ask for a refund. I would rather refund you than argue about it.
What I promise, and what I do not
The point of this product is that it actually posts, and that you hear about a problem early. I hold myself to that. What I cannot promise is that the networks will cooperate. They change their APIs, they rate limit, they expire tokens, and they go down. When that happens SyncPoster retries where retrying is sensible, stops where it is not, and tells you which channel failed and why.
So the service comes as it is, without a guaranteed uptime figure. If a post of yours misses its slot, I owe you a clear explanation and a refund if it is my fault. I cannot cover what that missed post might have been worth to you, and my total liability is limited to what you paid me in the last 12 months.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Cancel in the app, or email [email protected] and ask me to delete the account entirely.
I can close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk. Unless the reason is serious abuse, I will email you first and give you a chance to fix it. If I ever shut SyncPoster down, I will give at least 30 days notice, refund the unused part of any subscription, and leave exports working until the last day.
Changes to these terms
The date at the top changes whenever this page does. For a change that affects what you pay or what you are allowed to do, I will email you before it takes effect.
Disagreements
If something goes wrong, email me first. Almost everything is faster to fix that way than through a legal process, and I would rather fix it than win it.
